Just out of curiosity I wanted to know approximately how many copies of a payment transaction is stored in total across all entities and purposes. Interesting to note that from below calculation there can be more than 60 copies of each payment transaction. So we consume 60 times the storage capacity required to store 1 payment transaction. And because most of the enterprises have DR (Disaster Recovery) the storage requirement doubles from 60+ times to 120+ times.

How many of us actually realize that there is no Sunrise or Sunset? Yes, neither does Sun rise nor does it set. There is light on the side of earth which faces Sun and the other side is dark. As Earth rotates on its axis it appears as if Sun is rising and setting.

You don't have to know everything, you probably won't have the chance to know everything, but you can be aware about what you know and what you don't know. And what you know, try to know it in detail.

As long as you know that you are believing or assuming because you don't know, it's OK.
