How many copies of a payment transaction are stored?

Just out of curiosity I wanted to know approximately how many copies of a payment transaction is stored in total across all entities and purposes.

Interesting to note that from below calculation there can be more than 60 copies of each payment transaction. So we consume 60 times the storage capacity required to store 1 payment transaction.
And because most of the enterprises have DR (Disaster Recovery) the storage requirement doubles from 60+ times to 120+ times.

How do supermarkets capture feedback?

In a small shop (mom and pop store) the owner of the shop gets direct feedback from customers. For example, when a customer comes to purchase something and if that item is missing or sold out, the owner immediately is aware about this. Now the owner decides if he should order that item or not.  My question is, how do supermarkets manage similar situations? In the supermarkets when some item is missing or sold out, most customers don't bother to ask the employees there, even if they ask the employees are not tracking any of this and therefore not passing this information to store manager or management?

One day, eyes, mouth, and nose argued with each other that they were the most important organ.  Nose said, "I am most important because I'm the one who breaths, if I don't breath just for a few minutes then we will die.
