Two years since resigning from Wirecard

It's two years now since resigning from Wirecard. I still cannot forget that day. The day re-org was announced and  I resigned on the same day without having any other job at hand, not knowing how things would unfold. Looking back now, I think that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Yes, even though I am a BI and data professional and take decisions based on data, there are some of these decisions that are based on intuitions and I understand how important it is to listen to those intuitions.

How do supermarkets capture feedback?

In a small shop (mom and pop store) the owner of the shop gets direct feedback from customers. For example, when a customer comes to purchase something and if that item is missing or sold out, the owner immediately is aware about this. Now the owner decides if he should order that item or not.  My question is, how do supermarkets manage similar situations? In the supermarkets when some item is missing or sold out, most customers don't bother to ask the employees there, even if they ask the employees are not tracking any of this and therefore not passing this information to store manager or management?

Eyes, Mouth and Nose - A short story for kids

One day, eyes, mouth, and nose argued with each other that they were the most important organ.  Nose said, "I am most important because I'm the one who breaths, if I don't breath just for a few minutes then we will die. And I am useful for smelling too".   Mouth and eyes laughed out loud and then Mouth said, "I am most important because I'm the one who lets water and food inside, if I don't take in water or eat food for a few days then we will not have any energy and we will die. And I am useful for talking too.
