But seriously the power of power nap is simply amazing. It's actually powerful. Try it to know it. In my case a power nap shouldn't exceed 20 minutes, I don't know if it is different for different people. The way I do it is to start a timer in my mobile phone with 15 minutes duration and keep the mobile away at a distance which will prompt me to walk to the mobile. After a power nap, for mind feels it like a fresh day.
