Medicine is me di sin

Medicine is me di sin, that means, it's a reminder that I am doing to me (myself) two sins. 1. When I didn't take care of my body to ensure that it is in good condition. 2. Harming it even more in the long run by popping a tablet for short-term benefits.  As someone said prevention is better than cure. Prevent yourself from getting sick.
