How to wake up without snoozing or without procrastination?
This is a simple technique that I continue to follow to ensure that I wake up on time. I keep my mobile phone (with alarm set) away from my bed (in the living room) such that I have to get up from the bed, walk and then switch off the alarm. This way there is no choice but to wake up from the bed, and believe me, once you wake up and walk you are all set to get going.
