Setup to fail, you fail, then you are successful

Whether it is in personal sphere or at work, if something is setup to fail, and if it fails, then it should be considered as a success. For example, if an organization structure is setup to fail, and the organization fails then it is a success because it did what was expected from it. Sometimes intentionally (for their own personal agenda) a simple process is complicated or bureaucracy is introduced or a bad plan is selected over clearly better plans or an unfit person is chosen in a role or an org structure is setup to ensure the organization fails, so in such cases we should be aware of it and when it fails (organization), it should be considered as a success.

How do supermarkets capture feedback?

In a small shop (mom and pop store) the owner of the shop gets direct feedback from customers. For example, when a customer comes to purchase something and if that item is missing or sold out, the owner immediately is aware about this. Now the owner decides if he should order that item or not.  My question is, how do supermarkets manage similar situations? In the supermarkets when some item is missing or sold out, most customers don't bother to ask the employees there, even if they ask the employees are not tracking any of this and therefore not passing this information to store manager or management?

Eyes, Mouth and Nose - A short story for kids

One day, eyes, mouth, and nose argued with each other that they were the most important organ.  Nose said, "I am most important because I'm the one who breaths, if I don't breath just for a few minutes then we will die. And I am useful for smelling too".   Mouth and eyes laughed out loud and then Mouth said, "I am most important because I'm the one who lets water and food inside, if I don't take in water or eat food for a few days then we will not have any energy and we will die. And I am useful for talking too.
