Art vs Commerce


In art, topic of money comes last and money may come, and it could happen that the artist makes a lot of money in the end if the art is liked. In commerce topic of money comes first whether it actually comes is another question, for example a movie could be made thinking that it would bring 3 times or 4 times of the budget but it could fail miserably. In art, there is no concept of failing. In art, you only fail if you don't try.

How do supermarkets capture feedback?

In a small shop (mom and pop store) the owner of the shop gets direct feedback from customers. For example, when a customer comes to purchase something and if that item is missing or sold out, the owner immediately is aware about this. Now the owner decides if he should order that item or not.  My question is, how do supermarkets manage similar situations? In the supermarkets when some item is missing or sold out, most customers don't bother to ask the employees there, even if they ask the employees are not tracking any of this and therefore not passing this information to store manager or management?

Eyes, Mouth and Nose - A short story for kids

One day, eyes, mouth, and nose argued with each other that they were the most important organ.  Nose said, "I am most important because I'm the one who breaths, if I don't breath just for a few minutes then we will die. And I am useful for smelling too".   Mouth and eyes laughed out loud and then Mouth said, "I am most important because I'm the one who lets water and food inside, if I don't take in water or eat food for a few days then we will not have any energy and we will die. And I am useful for talking too.
