YouTube for Business as a Service

Wouldn't it be great if Google would come up with a " YouTube for Business as a Service "  offering to corporate customers? I.e. companies could get there own fully secure www.YouTube.com/internalcompany link (or any link with the same YouTube technology, basically a white label solution) which works only within that company network. Content creators / admins within the company could then upload all of the video contents in one place and make it available for easy access for all of their employees and benefit from all of YouTube's features.

Currently companies are using Intranet, Sharepoint, Network drives, etc to store video contents. And it is not easy to find something. Training videos, onboarding videos, presentations, etc could all be placed in this one place, I think YouTube for Business as a Service could be a big hit.

How do supermarkets capture feedback?

In a small shop (mom and pop store) the owner of the shop gets direct feedback from customers. For example, when a customer comes to purchase something and if that item is missing or sold out, the owner immediately is aware about this. Now the owner decides if he should order that item or not.  My question is, how do supermarkets manage similar situations? In the supermarkets when some item is missing or sold out, most customers don't bother to ask the employees there, even if they ask the employees are not tracking any of this and therefore not passing this information to store manager or management?

One day, eyes, mouth, and nose argued with each other that they were the most important organ.  Nose said, "I am most important because I'm the one who breaths, if I don't breath just for a few minutes then we will die. And I am useful for smelling too".   Mouth and eyes laughed out loud and then Mouth said, "I am most important because I'm the one who lets water and food inside, if I don't take in water or eat food for a few days then we will not have any energy and we will die. And I am useful for talking too.
