Increase competence

We should strive to increase our competence. I think this is the best way to be valued in a company. What I have noticed is that incompetent people can cause a lot of damage to the company. To hide their incompetence they bullshit, often steal credit, manipulate, do dirty politics,  and fake as if they understand the requirement / situation. They become insecure and this insecurity leads them to take up things that they can't fulfill and thereby cause quite a lot of problems. We, as individuals should really take time to increase our competence, and as a company we should invest in our people to give them an opportunity to increase their competence, doing this will get rid of most of the issues in a company.
