Dreams come up only when we are sleeping

Somebody said "Dreams are not those that you see when you sleep, but those that don't let you sleep"

My counter

With all due respect, sorry sir, you are wrong, dreams are those that we see when we sleep, and we don't control dreams, it just comes.

What doesn't let us sleep can be our visions, our plans, our ambitions, our aspirations, our goals, but it can't be dreams. When we have so many other words to express it why should we use the word "dream"?

Fact : Dreams come up only when we are sleeping.

How do supermarkets capture feedback?

In a small shop (mom and pop store) the owner of the shop gets direct feedback from customers. For example, when a customer comes to purchase something and if that item is missing or sold out, the owner immediately is aware about this. Now the owner decides if he should order that item or not.  My question is, how do supermarkets manage similar situations? In the supermarkets when some item is missing or sold out, most customers don't bother to ask the employees there, even if they ask the employees are not tracking any of this and therefore not passing this information to store manager or management?

One day, eyes, mouth, and nose argued with each other that they were the most important organ.  Nose said, "I am most important because I'm the one who breaths, if I don't breath just for a few minutes then we will die. And I am useful for smelling too".   Mouth and eyes laughed out loud and then Mouth said, "I am most important because I'm the one who lets water and food inside, if I don't take in water or eat food for a few days then we will not have any energy and we will die. And I am useful for talking too.
